She's scared, but brave, and asks a lot of questions which is new for MMC, all the others were too scared and would just hide which is complicated because he can't lie as a dark fae but is also cursed so is incapable of answering, so at this point in the story she is basically killing him because she keeps asking questions haha

I am eating this up, God i hope it doesn't disappoint me haha there was a dark fae/human war that resulted in a woman needing to be offered up to the unseelie court once every five years. FMC Rosalin is a widow and when her sister is choosen she goes in her place. She is brought to an in between called the Gatehouse and has to stay there for 8 days until the MMC Keres (a dark fae) takes her to the unseelie court.
