Status Updates From Planetes Deluxe Edition Book 2

“The universe is cast. More cast than anyone can fathom. But I was out of my mind, back then. I challenged the God who created that great infinity I was trying to quantify. “Discovering truth is the quest of a scientist. God is out there, hiding in the vastness of space, just watching our pain. I’m not so generous as to keep letting him do that forever. And if, as they say, God is love, then we should become God. Otherwise, God continues to hide and we humans never know true love.”
