Still like this book, still think it's helpful. getting to be a slog sometimes I think he could have been more concise with some ideas. Overall helpful and recommend definitely so far for sure. Really good for developing clear cut ideas about self-esteem and its pillars.

I really like this book! I’m not always hugely fond of self help but find the exercises provided from this psychotherapist potentially helpful. It is nice to have different terms regarding self esteem defined, that tend to be thrown about and have their meanings confused.
