So well written, I can't tell the purely fictional characterisation from the true intimacy appart.
Love the dialogs as well, the exact opposite of the slow, maze-like narration. They are sharp, crystal clear.

Wondering where this is going in a positive way !
I like the split timeline as well as the narrator's voice, I didn't expect to be moved by a gymbro

One page and I'm reminded : damn ! The man can write! Love the figures of speech, makes physical descriptions purposeful, or at least not out of place.
