I have a 2.5 year old. Her attitude and emotions are so big. This book has given me insight into ways I can integrate these safe parenting methods into my life. I plan to homeschool, so learning these strategies will help me become a better teacher as well. I am particularly intrigued to better understand my survival parenting mode and re-teach the newly implemented techniques I have just learned from this book.
