I am like three chapters into this book and I already hate the MC. Like, is it really necessary to be rude and judgemental 24-7? Also, IT'S NOT YOUR HOUSE. You have not signed any papers. The owners don't even know you've made an offer. It is a house you happen to be interested in buying. Entitlement isn't any less obnoxious in women than it is in men.
