Status Updates From Letter From Japan

I've always encouraged people to hold each item-hug it if necessary-to see if it brings joy. Going through this process of deciding what to keep and what to discard by touching each item hones our sensitivity. Admiring the changing seasons works in much the same way. Perhaps what we need to do more of today is to marvel at smth that exists close to us, much closer than anything we can admire through a screen.
