A very high 3.5 because I’ll always be a sucker for gory fairytales.
The writing was atmospheric and gave fairytale vibes. Though some of the boys behaviours were a bit contradictory, I’ll excuse it.
Also him being an unreliable narrator made it good. The ending couldn’t have been more perfect.

Really liking this one so far. Andrew is canonically an unreliable narrator, right? He must be. More so than the average narrator, at the very least. I'm expecting a twist ending here (though I'm not even halfway yet, so we'll see if my opinions change). A 'together in death' sort of thing, perhaps?
