This is very similar to Fourth Wing, except it is tarot magic. I mean, the classes, sparring, the female character glancing at the male character while sparring. Of course they hate each other or at least the girl hates the guy. The guy is in his second year (I believe) and the girl is new in this academy. There are more differing elements to it but so far it doesn't seem original. Still going good though

There’s FOR SURE A ton of Maas/Yarrows influence and inspiration, but it’s different enough (and our leading man is intriguing enough) that I don’t mind. The magic system is similar to one dark window but is specified tarot cards. Im really enjoying it so far but it’s losing a star for how much it steals.
