Status Updates From This is Me.

Why is this still going? The main conflict is resolved. What else could possibly be left to say?

I have a theory as to why Alex thinks Niven looks familiar. Alex plays basketball, the party from a hundred pages ago featured a lot of basketball players, and it was the same party where Niven made an ass of himself. This whole situation is going to blow like a powder keg. I can feel it!

Even more baffling than how Chloe can be attracted to Niven is how anybody can be best friends with a drunken moron like Blake. In many ways, he's worse than Niven.

I feel Rogan's pain when it comes to telling beautiful women how I really feel. Is it the right thing to do? Is it worth it? Does it matter in the end? In any event, reading this novel was a welcome distraction from the news that Chester Bennington from Linkin Park committed suicide earlier today. Rest in peace.

I still don't understand why Chloe would ever date a guy like Niven, especially after what happened to Rogan a few pages ago. Niven is sadistic, uncaring, arrogant, and the furthest thing from boyfriend material. It makes me wish Rogan really was The Terminator or Optimus Prime.

It's official: somebody should pencil Niven in for a visit from the Angel of Death. He's all about charm and charisma when he's around Chloe, but he's a snake in the grass when he's conspiring with his friends Nathan and Blake. In the words of All That Remains, "This probably won't end well."

I'm eagerly awaiting the moment in the story where Rogan punches the shit out of Niven for his cruel words. It may never happen, though, because Rogan is programmed to have a benign attitude. Maybe someone else can rearrange Niven's fine dental work.

There seems to be a lot of arguing so far in this book. Nobody can agree on anything, which is good for the sake of the story, but it can get slightly frustrating at times.

There seems to be quite a bit of head-hopping so far in this novel. But I've never been one to be bothered by it. Movies and TV shows get away with head-hopping all the time, so why should it bother me when it happens in a novel?

Say what you want about Chloe's taste in men, but at least she isn't dating Megatron or Starscream. Hehe! All joking aside, I'm definitely hooked into this novel. I'm always fascinated by humankind's relationship with technology.

Ok so I'm getting more into this book now! I like that this is more about prejudices as opposed to just your typical storyline of humans and androids. Yes this is a love story but love in more than the sense of a man and woman but life period.

So far I'm not impressed it's hard to really see what direction this books headed, but I'm pressing on.

So Niven (Nick?) is going home, Chloe's uncle kicked him out LMAOO. And now Rogan is trying to find Chloe to tell her he loves her. Awww :) So how long is this story now? 6 more chapters worth it? I kinda know how it'll end. And CHLOE GOT THE JOB!!!!!!!!! After Niven turned it down LMAOO. Loc. 5079

Welp the jig is up. But it wasn't exactly a secret. Niven (or Nick Levine, corny mashup) HATES Asists. And look at what he and his cronies did to poor Rogan. Ridiculous. What was Chloe thinking getting with this guy?

Yes. I'm back to this wretched ass story LMAOO. JFC Chloe took Niven to meet her family and even THEY don't like him or see what's so great about him. Chloe PLEASE DUMP THIS GUY AND GO TO ROGAN.

Found myself back to reading this again. It's still so sad and depressing and now it's only gotten worse now that Rogan realizes how much Chloe was going to leave him for Niven for Thanksgiving. Sad, sad.......

Monica lost her dad to an Asist and he left her and her fam aww. But just because your dad did that with his Asist doesn't mean ALL Asists are like that. Rogan's not.
