I hate Etan. I don’t know how this is supposed to be endearing in anyway. He does whatever he wants for his own purposes not caring about Fallon just what he perceives as what she needs and to keep her safe. Give me a break. This buck is bringing out strong emotions of disgruntlement. And she’s kissing him back. Why? he’s awful.

Etan is delusional. Fallon is not gonna forget this shit…. I mean she is because it’s enemies to lovers, but she really shouldn’t. I hate him. But I can’t look away

Honestly the first half of this entire novel is a little blah because it’s essentially a rehashing of the previous books in the series. The recalling of what happens between Mab and Rheagan makes so much more sense now.

The relationship between Fallon and Etan feels extremely forced but in reality, it is so I suppose that makes sense. Etan appears a complex character and I’m looking forward to learning more.
