"The Used-to-Be Party": A very short story told in invite/missive form, about grief, survivor's guilt, and societal alienation. Very poignant and appropriate for our current period of human history; after global trauma, it has become harder to connect with others. We want to connect, but many of us either seem to have forgotten how to, or seem to be afraid to.
