oh, that's lovely. hurt/comfort all the way. the sweetness and obvious anti-racism subtext make up for the strangeness of the relationship. from the pov of someone who doesn't get the hybrids slash furries kink at all (lol), book's been very heartwarming so far

I feel like I've read this before, but can't find any indication that I have. I don't otherwise own the ebook or have it marked read here on GR. Weird.
