Nikki being super embarrassed by her family while not wanting them to be in overly stressful schedules (especially with Dad's job on the line in previous books and Brianna being six) is pretty sweet.

I love comparing Mrs Maxwell and Nikki's cooking skills, here! Mom wants healthier foods that end up looking like the cursed food on tiktok, and Nikki struggles so much to appreciate her mom!

The Branikki plot is tenser, here! So far, I love how Nikki and Brandon's conflict are not just miscommunication again (until later in the plot), and they both relate to earning money to retain their scholarships!

I internally cried when Nikki wrote about falling behind for her math quiz!

I love how the toilet paper around Mackenzie looks like a feather boa! I also think the banana peel parallels Nikki's tiara.

Although this concept is unrealistic compared to the previous six books, I think this promising plot could cover the positive and negative aspects of reality TV and celebrity culture!

Thoughts so far: I really enjoy reading through this quickly!

The beginning is a bit too long, but the main plot moves pretty quickly!

I want to see how Nikki's reality TV show would affect her (could parallel the first book, where she was briefly popular for her tattoos but burnt out quickly?) I also enjoy the dorky trio's banter! Just gotta wait for Brandon's moments.
