Switching gears to dive into this series I’ve been excited to read!!

It’s SO OBVIOUS that this author doesn’t know the first thing about pickleball. Not an iota. Not even the damn rules. This is so incredibly frustrating to me because if this is something SO IMPORTANT TO EASTON and he’s SOOOOOO GOOD then she could take 10 minutes to watch a YouTube video and know that when you serve the ball the person across returns. They don’t BOTH go for the ball. Makes no freaking sense.

Oh lord, I’m absolutely twitching at how bad this pickleball match is written. She’s up at the kitchen for the start of the game but COMES OVER AND TAKES THE RETURN OF SERVE OUT OF THE AIR?? gf, your partner has to return that ball and you have to let it bounce. AND if Easton is such an elite player, he’d start on the left. You never put a novice on the left unless you’re left handed. Omg, I’m twitching.
