Status Updates From Beyond Difficult: An attach...

So far I'm conflicted about this book. It starts off promising but then feels disjointed talking about temperament, attachment, schemas, cognitive distortions. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this book be read by people needing help with other's difficult behaviours or to analyse their own issues.

Just the first two chapters of this book feels like three months of therapy. Recommending this to everyone sensitive person I know
