The Belladonna Arms really is a love nest. Everyone that lives in that building is in love, Arthur has found the love of life with a little help from Harlie and Sylvia. But most of all the new resident of the Arms has found love also, and Harlie wasn't even looking for love or a boyfriend but Milan had him changing all that. I just can't believe what happen with Ramon and ChiChi didn't see that coming.
