Continued - Meditation 4:
While this provides a person with morality and ties them closer to a religion they devote themselves to, it leaves no interpretation or questioning conceivable nature for a gods existence. A scientist questions the marvelous world around them and wonders how all can be created.

Meditation 4: Religion and Science
Possibly the most thought provoking section yet, Einstein speaks of the natural paths of religion and the difference between religion of the naive man and the religion of the scientist. Saying a naive man’s religion is scoped on the caretaking nature a god can bestow upon a person, giving them security in the afterlife, answering prayers, and acting as a sort of father for them-

Nothing is his fault, I just wonder how it made him feel to know his work ultimately created progress for the human race but in contrast killed a lot of children in Japan he held so dear. Meditation 3: To The Schoolchildren of Japan
I found this meditation fascinating to read. To put things bluntly, Einstein had considerable involvement with the development of the Atomic bomb. While his contribution was indirect, his formula E=MC^2 untimely made way for wielding nuclear power. In this chapter he reveals his affinity with the youth of Japan, saying he hopes this next coming generation will put his -

Meditation 2: Of Wealth
Einstein was fully convinced that no amount of money in any single situation is beneficial to help humanity forward. No matter who wields this wealth, no matter how noble or pure the character is, no amount of money can take humanity a step further.
“Money only appeals to selfishness and always tempts its owner irresistibly to abuse it.” (Page 21)

Mediation 1: Society and Personality
“We have therefore, to admit that we owe our principal advantage over the hearts to the fact of living in human society. The individual, if left alone from birth, would remain primitive and beast-like in his thoughts and feelings to a degree that we can hardly conceive.” (Page 8)
Giving credit and understanding to the unending toil our ancestors have endured to give.

No es un libro para mí, la verdad considero que es aburrido para lo que usualmente leo. Y no lo recomendaría.
