It’s starting to get good. I just got into another chapter from Blake’s POV, and it was much better than the first chapter. I’m excited to continue reading and see how the dominant / submissive relationship evolves between Blake and Jewell, especially knowing Jewell lied about not having any family?!? I don’t remember what happens when Blake finds out she has a brother… we shall see :)

Interesting start. The chapter with the male protagonist’s point of view felt a little too “formal” with some jargon threw in that didn’t fit the situation. Also, I’m pretty sure people don’t talk how he did. The 2 chapters with the female protagonist were good, yet a bit unrealistic, in my opinion. If you left a job for a terminally ill family member, that’s not a reason not to hire you for a job.
