Doing a re-read

It took three chapters for me to fall head over heels in love with Fraser Fortune and five for him to become my favorite JL character of all time.

"He didn't actually add *dumbshit*, but the implication was clear." That's me almost every day.....

Something I think makes me love listening to Josh's work: The relationship/sex functions almost as the B-plot for a whodunit/action/adventure story. It's there, but it's not the main focus of the book; the guys are just going about their jobs & happen to be gay.

This one is slightly different: The mystery has equal billing to the romance. I think it's a product of it being a shorter tale, but I'm still digging it!

I am not loving this audiobook narrator.

I enjoyed this! Great narration (as always) by Sean Crisden.
