I'm learning so much! Some of the chapters read like common sense restated in Academese, as is often the case with university publications, but others are so complex and mentally taxing that I literally get an actual headache (which I like to fantasize means my brain is growing). Overall, so far a realistic look at human complexity and the challenges of dealing with various personality types in leadership roles.
