**Spoilers** I bet him running north was a diversion so he could come back and kill her and I was right! The mom trying to hit and run was a surprise but on and on the story goes. No other victim bodies found yet even thought the cadaver dogs have been mentioned x^10 times. Her walking in to the dead guard and the ex was basically a relief because maybe this book will finally end.

2.15x speed and I’m still feeling like this is dragging on.

**Spoilers** Honestly, this book is pissing me off. Ofc the ex is trying to frame her and ofc he got his new fiancé or something to kill cousin to frame fmc because he knows fmc is looking for the other bodies. Fmc probably isn’t even strong enough to strangle the way he does which is why he doesn’t want to bodies found. I’m still pissed at the biased cops harassing her before NOW!
