Happy ending naturally, and definitely my favorite book (due to audio?) of the series. They are swiftly engaged and trying for kids together. But on my goodness, the author’s narrated love letter to her father at the end had me in tears. Beautiful! Epilogue fed into book 4 where Cam’s fiancé left her at the wedding. Time for Dusty. 3.75 rounding to 4 stars.

Gus was there for her with her dad’s heart attack. Teddy let him, and then told best friend Emmy about them. Emmy was hypocritical about it (Gus as her brother, and she being with Luke who is Gus’ best friend). Emmy insulted her something real, not taking her seriously.

Cam smiled at me, but she looked sad. "I'll be okay, Gus," she said. "Not everyone is built for love the way you are."

‘I saw that my siblings' and my friends' mouths were wide open, except for Ada's. She slapped Wes on the arm, and I couldn't tell for sure, but I think I heard her say, "You owe me fifty dollars."

Chapter 25.

I love these two! Finally got background on Gus and Cam (only friends but hooked up sometimes, he was at Riley’s birth, they hooked up again but knew they were better as just friends then coparents). Also got the flashback scene of Gus and Teddy’s first kiss that hurt her when he told her to forget it happened. Now, they’ve kissed again out of the blue at his house after seeing new sides to each other.

Teddy and Gus obviously hooked up at one point, now hate each other for not addressing feelings. Getting to know Dusty and Cam more (next book). Nanny trope is annoying to me but this is fine so far.
