HUH? I’m so confused rn. She STABBED him. And what do you mean Callie isn’t her real name ofc it is?

I think you can trust him bro he’s too in love with you to kill your right in front of him

HE TOLD HER HIS NAME OMG. These two seriously need to figure this out tho like one second they say they hate each other the next they can’t keep their hands off one another and he’s telling her how much she’s ruined him and how he’d murder the whole world for her

convinced that the author is an alien from space and has never met a real human

wait WHAT - She didn’t guess the drinks right.

Omg they’re betrothed now and he’s in LOVE with her

AHH THE TENSION. HE GAVE HER HIS BEDDING 😝

she won her first trial!! This girl is so smart

He patted his thigh and told her “Come.”
Then he put a freakin COLLAR on her neck and tugged her with him like a dog.
How tf do these two EVER become lovers. Also apparently they become lovers IN THE FIRST BOOK STILL? HOW? HOW ARE YOU GONNA BECOME LOVERS IN ~100 PAGES?

She’s gonna sleep in a cage. In his room. Holy sh!t

I’m halfway thru & not THAT much happened. first 80 pages we spent talking abt how she rlly wants to find ts cure for ts parasite that’s killing moths, she wants to find these mushrooms to make the cure & wants to get into this program. she fell thru a portal & since then she’s been escaping death. not boring by any means tho. Maybe the second half will pick up we’ll see!

I FREAKIN KNEW IT. From the second Walter’s shoulders were describes I KNEW he was Mendax’s brother. I mean she doesn’t know that but i DO

half the time i have no idea what she’s talking about with her biological and chemical terms but she’s smart asf

so you’re telling me this was the first EVER time that he touched a human being with his BARE hands, he’s been counting the days since he met her and he can’t get her out of his mind.

i’ve thought from the beginning that she may have some special abilities with the way animals act around her but now my theory is becoming more true by the chapter

“If you were more beautiful, I surely would have considered it, but you can’t expect me to drag a human around that looks as you do? Fae are superior in every way, including beauty. Your boring features and ugly red hair pale in comparison to even the ugliest of female orcs. Disgusting really. The only thing a human is good for is the music their screams play just before they die.” HELLO WHAAT??

“I’ve thought about you a lot these past few weeks, human. I’ve thought about how much I want to hurt you. How badly I ache to feel your weak neck give out and collapse under my grip. But then I was reminded how inferior you are as humans. I refuse myself the joy of killing you if I cannot feel your life fade away on my bare hands.” AHHH

wow i hate it
