Status Updates From Forever (Sempre, #2.5)

This was such a cute (and sexy) novella. It was essentially an extended epilogue for Haven and Carmine as they live happily ever after. I loved the cameo from Corrado because he was so confounded with little Maura—Haven and Carmine's daughter. The fact that Dominic and Tess also named their son Vincent brought tears to my eyes... the kids were honestly so cute. Nothing and everything has changed for these characters.

I forgot how fucked up this was!

I first read this as a fanfic while it was being written and I am absolutely loving re-reading it so many years later. There seem to be quite a few changes but the plot and feel is still comfortingly similar.

It's extremely slow paced, or maybe it's just because there are 500+ pages, either way, willpower needed for this one :(

Well so far it's great. It's not something I'd normally go for, because there's insta-love of sorts, but the story is very nicely progressed and it's not a typical romance, since there are so many other things going on. I'm kept interested with different dangerous situations and I'm genuinely interested how this thing will work out.
