Mixed feelings on this short story. On one hand I don't mind learning more about Luke's history or his feelings for Jocelyn prior to them getting together. But on the other hand I really would have liked to have seen something new that takes place between them after the events of The Mortal Instruments.

Probably one of my fav ships of the entire TSC universe, and so far my fav story. Besides, it seems like Cassandra is starting to drop clues about TWP and that these stories may not be as unrelated to the rest of the books as I initially thought.

Undoubtly the best of the short stories. Ari and Anna are at their best, Mathew is there (him existing is just enough, tbh), the story is simple and sorted out at a good pace. A lot of characters appear without them needing to upstage the protagonists. All I could expect from a shadowhunter tale!
