This book is poorly written and the author says the same things over and over again (in the same way--not alternating words). I swear, if you counted the number of times "anxiety" is referenced, you'd lose your mind. I get it, because I have anxiety; this is excessive though. Why do I keep reading? Well, I spent over $20 to get this delivered to me and so I'm going to finish it.
