This books sounds really beneficial, but I think the target audience is for women in their late 30s to early 60s, so I think I am going to put it down for later in my life.

I just couldn't find the information to be useful to me, as someone who is currently estranged from her parents. This is better for people who already have a pretty good relationship with their parents and just struggle internally about how "good" of a child they have been.
