(I know my updates sound like I don't like this book, which is not true. I'm having a lot of fun. But it's also faaaaar from perfect and some things are quite annoying.)

Ohmygod stop. talking. This "love confession" is pure cringe. Don't even try to come at me with this love at first sight bullshit.

Over 300 pages in and the oh my god he/she hates me stuff is so getting on my nerves. This only works if you either have only one pov or resolve this in a timely manner.

Also the bad prologue is still haunting me bc I'm thoroughly at the point where I keep asking myself with every single chapter if we've finally caught up to that timeline.

Oh. Come. On. This isn't going to make me want to find out how we got there, this has the opposite effect on me so now I'm already annoyed bc this ruined the slow burn right from the start. I sure as hell hope you'll redeem yourself, book.
