Pessimistic, neurotic, pick-me, narcissist. I wish I had more characters to describe how awful and miserable both this book and author are. I kept hoping for some sort of piece of advice to make this book worth something at all but it never came. I even really tried to like it after she started with the sob story of how ppl hated her 1st book. Should’ve listened. Don’t read this unless u want to share her misery

I honestly really enjoyed this (despite the snail pace I’ve been reading it in). Cazzie clearly represents some part of the culture for a modern generation and reminds me so much of LA. Her ability to capture a mentally ill generation obsessed with their phones, beauty/wellness techniques, and thought spirals is poignant.

3.5 stars. I relate deeply to her neuroses.
