Status Updates From Last Night in Brooklyn

I imagine this book is how I would have felt about SF’s round of gentrification around 2011 had I been my age now. It echoes a lot of the feelings I had about that transition as I was growing up, and then mirrors the experiences I had living in SF on the cusp of the AI boom. Sad to see the culture of your vibrant home exploited. But so far loving how this book describes the magic of a beloved city in your 20s.
