there is a difference between having likeable side characters who become the found family and have their own mini side plot or whatever, and the main characters usually still helming their MAIN PLOT BECAUSE THEYRE THE MAIN CHARACTERS, VERSUS FORCE FITTING BULLIES INTO ROMANCE PLOTS THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR.
