Lots of anecdotal fluff that's unrelated- like how zip lining can be scary and how fear is part of growing and using several pages to outline how necessary growth mindset is for learning an instrument... You could skip over the zip lining and get to the meat and potatoes... I'm guessing it's to make others with less of a growth mindset warm up to some ideas
