Very nice story about the woman, who wanted to become a teacher back home, but circumstances made it impossible. An honest account of an independent woman!

I keep comparing this with Humans of New York, where people tell heartbreaking, yet honest and hopeful stories. This is good as well, yet, I can't help but feel most of the stories want to prove themselves and hard-working and ambitious people, in order to satisfy the "main readers". What pressure to live like that.

I like the mixed people's stories. Patriotism and sticking to your own "race" makes me dizzy.

Everybody wants a good life

Gosh, the crazy rocket woman. Don't like her. But I like the stories of her husband (the teacher), the soccer mom, the trader in Afghanistan...

Some nice stories I read of the pilot, the kebab seller, the Tubo Lady
