Status Updates From Steady Now

Rubbing my dry back on someone’s sweaty chest and belly does not sound appealing whatsoever, tractor ride or not. These two can do questionable things on tractors but can’t have a reasonable conversation. It’s maddening.

I liked the premise, and this started out really interesting to me, but I’m almost halfway through the book, and I think the main characters have had maybe three shallow in-person conversations and one interrupted almost really spicy moment. I don’t like the miscommunication trope, but I’ve realized I dislike the communication trope even more.

This is a cute small town romance, but it’s a little boring… the writing is driving me crazy and I feel like it could be shorter.
I may actually DNF this time but I really am trying to give it a chance

Small town - you can always count on a Dollar General being somewhere. Absolutely supports the realism and makes this damn relatable hahaha
