It's very bitesize. Good reminders but not going to transform my life as she's only scratching the surface of each topic. 52 topics is way too much. I get that's it's supposed to be a weekly reflection for a year, but I'm reading 2 weeks every day and feels like a slog but I'm probably not engaging with it in the way it's meant.

I’m racing through this, so compulsively readable just like all of Aaliyah Umm Raiyaan’s books! Hearing her talk about it at a launch event was so inspiring and each chapter is organised so well to make it accessible. The stories are also so relatable. I plan to read in one go and then work through it starting in January Insha’Allah ☺️
