Status Updates From More Bones

The boy attacked him as the horse and took the wizard out he had been hitting him with a staff which the boy turned into a snake and when the wizard was finally gone so did his home disappear as well. The mirror was left behind because there was smoke in the forest signaling where he lived there no knowing what that fortells.

He ended up choosing right because when the wizard wasn't looking the bird boy did something to give his dad a clue. After that he was let go and he was urged never to use the magic he was taught. He ended up doing it his parents needed food and the boy had an idea to go into town as a horse and steal grain and run back home as a boy the wizard saw this in his mirror. He saw him in town and took him as a horse.

Finally the end. A story about a couple eager to have a baby they take a chance on a wizard who can make it happen for them. There was only one thing they would have to bring him to the wizard on his 10th birthday to be his apprentice for 1 year. If they didn't bring him he would do it himself which he did. After the one year he would let him go only if the dad could figure out which bird was his son which he turned.

There was a tower there which he climbed to the top of thinking no mice would climb they did it wasnt until the owner of that tower came and saw the remains of the lord Hatto. All he saw were bones a bit of blood and some bags of money. Hatto was now gone the mice had finished him off.

Those ashes became mice for what he had done it now seems he was getting his. Mice now followed him into his house and attacked him everywhere he went until he thought he would take a boat across the lake near where he lived that's when he was safe or so he thought. It wasn't until he saw something moving across the lake. He had no idea what it was. It wasn't till it came close it was the mice they had returned.

Another long story could have been shorter about a Lord named Hatto was very mean to the people around him and his peasants food was getting scarce and the people didn't know what to do there was no grain growing and there was a flood nothing was growing. It was then that Hatto got frustrated with all the people asking for food that he burned down the granery he had. Within the ashes of it all those ashes came alive.

A man came to him demanding he pay them or he would take one of his boats as he did that boat sank to the bottom of the ocean. He was told a long time ago if he ever saw a draug in a half boat expect death to take him away. Thats what he saw one day and down he went to the bottom of the ocean.

A long story about a boat carpenter who makes a deal with ghosts called draugs out at sea he has to keep making them before was for money. But now he a d the draugs were making them together somehow as the ghosts where handling the keel. Since the carpenter was making money with these boats as he fished he never paid his taxes.

Right away confused the son woke up and knew the violin was dangerous he woke up at dawn and burned it as it burned he heard the cries the magician told the carpenter about. Was it the magician crying out from the grave.

Then suddenly invisible hands picked him up and threw him out the window. He fell into quicksand it was too late it pulled him under. When the carpenter's son entered the workshop later that morning he saw him lying on the floor with the violin in his hands. He didn't know what happened. That night he went to sleep and had a dream the magician came to him telling him what happened.

He thought this dream was weird and unusual so he ignores it. The next day he keeps working on the violin bringing it to completion this time he makes the bow again goes to sleep and is met by the ghost in the dream. He warns him one last time do not play the violin. Again he doesn't listen when he did the room turned dark in midday. He wondered had there been an eclipse but no.

I liked that story straight to the point. A magician tells a carpenter to do something when he dies to use the wood from his tree for his coffin and use it for nothing else. He ends up dying the coffin is made but there is wood left over he has an idea to make a violin. He doesn't listen to what the magician told him. One night as he is asleep the magician comes to him and tells him not to do what he is about to do.

Its hand reached out to touch the prince instantly he crumbled to dust his promise for youth without age and life without death had failed he had been enchanted this whole time.

Spending all that time with her he realizes he is home sick so he plans his travel back home after what he thinks was just a week and realizes hes been gone 700 years all that was left of home was ruin and weeds. He searched everywhere of any sign of his parents nothing remained. All he found was a strongbox and inside was a shriveled leaf it rose up and spoke saying if he had left it there longer it would have died.

Wow what a story a prince who is promised life without death before he is born. He is born into a family that he was already set for life but wanted to be on his own he travels far out to a place far from home he meets a witch which he is not afraid of. As they get along she turns into a beautiful maiden and the house he has she turns into a palace he wonders how that is possible.

Its the typical transforming human to animal story. A man needs a place to stay his wife is unusually gone at night until he hears scurrying in the house and his wife is nowhere to be found. As the rat in the story weird things start happening to the wife and he wonders whats going on. Right at the end that night he hears cats making a lot of noise his wife is missing and there is a rat tail at his feet. She was gone

He then grabbed Mahana saying you'll share my fate. Mahana then twisted away falling to the ground. The chieftain tripped on Mahana's leg and fell over the edge screaming into the fiery inferno

They knew something was up they knew spirits were with her they brought water to see their reflections. Mahana broke the water before the spirits could be seen. The spirits went back into the bodies they were never seen. The witch doctor fell dead before he could detect any spirits. Chief Kauhi was to jump into the volcano because he was proven wrong and trying to kill the maiden.

That didn't work until the chieftain called on the spirit sisters to unite her spirit with her body through her feet. Chief Kauhi didn't like her so he tried to take her out. Mahana learned of this and he challenged Chief Kauhi.The maiden would show herself again and he had to prove she was really alive. She had to crush leaves with her feet.

A rainbow maiden is taken out and buried under the roots of a tree when a noble chieftain named Mahana sat down for a nap beside the tree there was no breeze but he felt air breezing in his presence that's when he noticed the ground was freshly dug he started to dig and found the rainbow maiden. He quickly took her home and asked his witch doctor to help to keep her alive.

She tells him mermaids are not real that's when all he'll breaks loose he goes to find that mermaid when he doesn't backfires on him. She attacks him with her tail and he grabbed the mirror the mermaid was using to comb her hair. Thats when he started to changed he started growing scales and a tail and was hungrier than he had ever been he had to get into the ocean he was now a mermaid.

He ends up catching the biggest fish he has ever caught and his boat ends up in pieces after the fish destroys it. He is now out at see miserably cold and sunburned he manages to make it back to shore like the mermaid promised. He learned his lesson taking a scale from a mermaid so we think. He tells his wife all about it she is upset the boat is gone.

A man encounters a mermaid he asks for 3 wishes and things dont go exactly how he planned. One that his woman would marry him, second to catch the biggest fish in the sea to make lots of money and third not to die by drowning she makes this happen. He ends up marrying the woman he always wanted to be married to but his now wife didn't like it.

She told her you didn't find my home then Sybil spoke up and said yes I did you live at the bottom of a well she threw the scorpion at her and it came alive it bit her and she turned to stone the next morning she had guards take it away down the well. The scorpion she kept it only came alive in her warm hands.

The witch had gave her a clue as to where she could find it but not exactly where. "Where the scorpion's voice resounds, Find one who is and is not bound." She had found a scorpion on the door knocker. She took it with her when she got to her room she places the scorpion under her pillow thats when an owl made its way into her window and transformed it was the witch.

She demands she wont when she searches the whole forest she comes upon nothing it isnt until the last minute when she sees something and follows it. A deer walking slowly but mysterious as it starts to shrink down she knows this isnt normal it wasnt until she sees what it turned into a frog how is that possible it goes down a well she follows it in and sees a door at the bottom.

Now there is a Halloween kind of story. A young Princess Sybil who makes her way through a forest after not fearing what could be in it she has no fear of anything especially not a witch. This is who she comes in contact with a witch so ugly and creepy she claims that she needs to find where she lives or she will get her first love.

When they get inside the cave they say the inscription and the bottom of the cave is open to them revealing a second set of stairs to go down where the treasure is the scroll mentioned if a single man is greedy it would trap them down there forever enchanted. This was a government official of the town someone told him about it thinking they had stolen this treasure when in fact it was given to them by the old man.

Wow what a long story this time. 2 men find a cave with hidden treasure they dont know exists yet until they meet a man who is on his death bed he gives them a wooden box with an inscription and a candle in it. Turns out the writing is on Arabic they get it translated and figure out it need to be said at midnight and the candle needs to be lit at that time whoever is greedy with the treasure will be locked inside.
