Status Updates From Willow Man

Ugh I need to switch to something light hearted before I can sleep. This is just so sick, twisted, and creepy.
I regret reading it but I need to know how it ends.

Saying characters were friends when they were kids doesn't erase insta-love. At this point, I'll skim until the end.

Really trying to finish this one, but it might not happen. The head hopping is really getting to me.

Finishing this just for the heck of it, but it isn't very good. The POV keeps jumping all over the place, from limited third, to omniscient narrator, to straight up head-hopping. The narrator parts I find overwritten. Too bad, as I was hoping this would read like a queer take on It.

A LOT was jam packed into chapter one. Too much, for my taste, but I do like the MC, so I'm hoping the pace evens out and there's not so much backstory dumping as the story continues. I really like the cover of this book.

Lordie somebody needs to get me under control sometimes. I think I'm trying to give myself nightmares with this one...ffs, what the hell was I thinking. So far it's good just a little on the creepy side...excuse me while I go grab my teddy and some chocolate and maybe wine is in order...

I underestimated the evil in WM. He's truly a monster. And I'm only @37%. I'm afraid to read what he'll do next....

So that's what Willow man is....he got a big nasty mouth!!!

Woody and Bobby are really cute

It's gonna be a long read! 8% and I feel like I've read 150 pages already....
