There are lots of inconsistencies in the story and the characters are total idiots with no personality. Laken a lot worse than Asher, but he is no much better. I really don't think that the author is pulling this story off. The female main character appears to be eternally in a bad mood. She is rude, nasty and a pain in the neck. Nothing to like here. And inexplicably the guy likes her.
