I love seeing the simplicity of this town - its such a gift for Jessica. I also love seeing her lean into it - now she just needs to embrace it. I find myself shaking my head at her when she snaps out of the "fairytale" (for lack of a better description)

Scar kissing is so important. They are what makes someone....them. Scars are stories and memories...a time of good and bad times. I hold kissing scars close to my heart. <3 I LOVE this was included.

Im glad that the FMC is FINALLY breathing. Rough around the edges but she really need the reality check of the people she's met

Smh, I wish Jessica would open her eyes and see that she is no different than the people that treat her poorly due to her hair falling out. I have grace for it but damn - you talk shit about everyone and bitch about everything. Its definitely clear you have no idea who you are aside from your new casting job. While I get this all to well - but please lord get over yourself ma'am

I love the conversation about life with Jo & her husband. As someone who left the corporate scene - it is extremely hard to retrain your brain. Its a day to day thing but once you get the hang of it - its a beautiful life. Simplicity isn't bad and its fulfilling. I'm sad that the FMC just doesn't see it that way. Its a shame.

I want to be annoyed at the mfc for being positive and negative at the same time - but I see a lot of me in her esp after I come out of a depression. I couldn't imagine having cancer on top of life. So, I give her grace.

While I haven't experienced anything like this - I have had a few people in my life that has - and they all say things exactly like Jess.
