i've been struggling to finish this book for a little over a month. i want to DNF so bad and be done with it but i feel like i need to see it through. i'm getting the few crumbs of the characters i know and love and that's really the only thing keeping me going. but my goodness... james and rosabelle are so not warner and juliette. at all. the plot feels like a lot of filler. nothing is really advancing. 🥲

this book is kind of annoying 😩
I feel like nothing has happened since the last book, except for one bit of important information. She’s messed up and trying to escape, he’s in love and trying to save her… but that was happening in the last book too. Everybody’s mad at James, Rosabelle’s POVs literally have her saying the same thing every time.
