Sorry, but no. If Oktai wanted the alliance to succeed, how about he just tells the Rakada and not anyone from the other clans? Bc yes, the panic would ensue about the lizards being sick, but him leaving the Rakada in the dark about what's going on with their steeds doesn't seem like a good way to "keep the alliance going," just saying.

And because she's mad that the consequences of her actions of being a turncoat are coming at her because any sane person wouldn't take a turncoat seriously?
