The second story was finished, Housewifely Arts. Coincidentally, I read this story about motherhood in a funeral of my mother's mother.

Did grandma want to be a mother? What did ahe want for her children? What was sent from grandma to mom and to me?

'Ceiling', aside from cultural aspect, reminds me of a story of a man missing his fisrt love and the ex is always a person he lost at the time he had nothing. So it sucks to see how a man justify his infidelity like this.

Anyway, I wonder how Nigerian culture relates to the story because he's deported and his ex dated a black American man.
