I got 22% in and am choosing to DNF this book. I usually don’t leave comments here when it comes to what I DNF, but this reason felt important to note.
Thomas Nelson has always been one of my favorite publishers. I’ve never known their books to include any spice or language. Within the first 20% there were already a handful of swear words which was a bit shocking to me. This book was also very slow paced.
