Very wholesome cute read so far

I love that Gracie is witnessing this conversation. Must be quite confusing...

This book is quite entertaining. I'm having a little trouble believing that this hot muscled stripper knows literally nothing about sex and needs his daughter's elementary school teacher to educate him (like literally 'educate' him with homework and little gold stars for effort). But okay with his strict upbringing as a pastor's son, I could see it.

I’d spent a lot of time in church while I was growing up, but it felt like this was the first time I really understood what worship was.

LOL, that's a great sentence. I love it.

This story is so good. All the characters are amazing!!

“Daddy, hurry up!” Gracie said, tugging at the hem of my shirt. “We can’t be late! Mr. Smith will see!” She glanced toward the front door like she expected her teacher to be standing there with a stopwatch.

"Wilder, you missed all the good bits. Like did he pick you out of a lineup and say, ‘I want that hot daddy to dance for me’?”
“Jesus,” I said. “How do you think stripping works? It’s not a fucking buffet."

Gracie was one of nature’s organizers—something she obviously got from her mother because her father couldn’t organize his way out of a paper bag. He could shimmy out of a pair of assless chaps just fine, though—and why was I even thinking about that?

It was honestly kind of a rush, having everyone watching me. When I was stripping, I wasn’t the pastor’s kid who’d fucked up, or the single dad who was always late for drop-off, or the guy who slept through his alarm. I was the hot guy, and everybody wanted me.

Wow, this is the best start of a mm romance I've seen in a long time.

I'm 2 paragraphs into the pov of the second mc and I already heaate him so much! How can you be sooo judgy as a 23yr-old? "I whish he would make more of an effort" "How did she end up in his custody" ... whar an asshole. Not sure I'll read much mor of this trash.
