I’ve been struggling to read all month so I picked a self help book up and wow.. it is so refreshing to read a book by someone who also has lived bpd experience - it’s such a complex disorder that can often make you feel so alone, this perspective is so relatable - ticking all the boxes for me so far👏🏻
