I think i'm finally starting to comprehend what's happening in this book. i genuinely love being confused

Intriguing start. Hope it keeps it up.

it’s not that im not enjoying the story, its just that the writing is so hard to get through. maybe im just not well-read enough for this type of writing, but i find myself having to look up every other word in this book and rereading each passage so that i’ve got some semblance of understanding of just what really is going on in the story. ive never read a story this full of metaphors it’s making my brain ache
