Status Updates From The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry

I’m doubtful I’ll read more before the day is over, so I’m updating now. This is like a Hallmark movie. It’s impossible to believe this is the same author as TOMORROW, AND TOMOROW, AND TOMORROW. None of the deep humanity of that book is evident here. Everybody feels so written, and the title character is still insufferable. There was a reference to AMERICAN WIFE, though, which was fun for me.
