Why did this author write this conceited elitist book!? How dare he make fun or mock the poor! Disgusting! May he rot! He better hide himself in his palatial apartment in whichever 'hole' he is in because otherwise I WILL KILL HIM WITH MORE THAN JUST MY WORDS - I have a mosquito electrocution lamp & I am not afraid to use it!
