Slowly though I am probing this book's depths, I still like it. I might use it if I teach a class on alternative medicine.

This is slow going simply because it's so familiar. The writing is beautiful, but the research is all from books and articles I've already read in a decade or more of studying mind/body health.

This author is so elegantly articulate and his prose is so rich!
